Engineering & Feasibility Study

If you're interested in energy storage but unsure if your property is suitable for installation, our Sales Account Manager will work with you to conduct a feasibility study. This study helps assess the viability of your property and provides valuable insights into the design specifications for your system. Once completed, the site surveyor will share all findings with the Sales Account Manager, who will develop the design and follow up with you.

Consultation With an Expert

Prospective customers will receive an email invitation to schedule a consultation call with a Sales Account Manager. During this conversation, we’ll discuss your electrical usage, goals, preferences, project budget, and any constraints. The consultation aims to understand your desires regarding a battery energy system.

Design & Proposal Process

After the consultation, the Sales Account Manager will create a design for the battery system tailored to your needs. This design, along with relevant product specifications, will be sent to you. You can request alterations as needed until the design meets your approval. Once approved, the Sales Account Manager will send you an electronic proposal for your signature.

Extended Compliance Journey

Once we receive your signed proposal, the Sales Account Manager will submit the necessary information to the sales support team. The project will then be processed, creating your customer file and compiling material lists and installation notes. You will also be added to the Project Status sheet. If a feasibility study was not conducted, the scheduler will arrange a site visit, and the accounting department will invoice you for any applicable deposit. We will prepare and submit any necessary applications for permits and interconnections.

Scheduling & Installation Expectations

After all processing is complete, permits have been received, and interconnection applications approved (if required), the scheduler will book your installation. Following confirmation from you, the scheduler will notify the warehouse team about the materials and equipment needed for the project. Most installations can be completed within one or two days, although larger or more complex projects may take longer.
